Smartly designed guest suite is minutes from wineries, biking & hiking trails, old-growth redwoods, beaches & dramatic coastline, tiny towns & the Russian River resort area. ($0 Cleaning Fee.) Graton (“Gray-ton”) is a tiny village between Sebastopol & Forestville. It's casual country living with 3 exceptional restaurants, 2 wine tasting rooms, an antique store and a gallery of local artists. There’s a walk/bike trail nearby with views of vineyards and farm fields. The space GUEST SUITE - Although attached to the house, it has a private and is sectioned off to ensure your privacy. We designed with comfort in mind to provide you a wonderful stay. Our quiet cul-de-sac home is your getaway in the wine country. The guest suite is spacious and light-filled (& blackout shades) with a restful feeling inside. BEDROOM - Queen bed with extra blanket and pillows, heat, air conditioning, and white-noise machine. Wall-mounted smart-TV with free access Roku and Netflix, plus subscriber access to Hulu, Amazon, HBO Go and others. SPA & PRIVATE DECK - Just outside the back door is a spacious hot tub for tranquil soaking after your day. Also enjoy a take-out meal and glass of wine next to the FIRE PIT on your private deck. BEVERAGE BAR, MICROWAVE & FRIDGE - Selection of coffee, tea and cocoa plus filtered and sparkling water in the mini fridge. Wine opener, glasses, cups, small plates, bowls and utensils are provided. COOKING - No Kitchen. For meals we highly recommend Graton’s three restaurants just a 5-minute walk. BATHROOM - The double, walk-in shower has 10" rain shower and handheld option with built-in bench. Heated toilet seat for everyday luxury! Private toilet/WC room. BATH PRODUCTS - Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Facial Cleanser & Tonic, Cotton Balls, Ear Swabs, Hand Soap, Lotion. CLEANING - We follow Airbnb’s guidelines for cleaning & sanitizing before and after guest stays. AIR FILTER/PURIFIER is available by request. Guest access Private guest doors. One at the front of the house, and one directly to the hot tub and fire pit. The back garden area is shared with us, but still quite private for you. There is a privacy curtain that separates your area from ours. Other things to note WINE TASTING - Graton is located in the "Green Valley of Russian River Valley" American Viticultural Area (AVA). Green Valley's terroir is considered among the best growing region for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The climate in the Green Valley, with its close proximity to the Pacific Ocean, makes it one of the coolest appellations within Sonoma County, favoring the cultivation of these cool climate varieties.
