This cozy apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. The heart of this is the spacious living room with comfortable seating area (sofa bed) and dining table as well as the south-facing window front overlooking our local mountain "Goldeck." The covered balcony offers space to relax outdoors! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave), two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/bathtub as well as a separate toilet. The space Our apartment is in a quiet location, near the Drava River. It is only 10 minutes from the city center. As well as a few minutes to our adventure pool "Drautalperle" and to the Goldeck cable car, which takes you to our "Goldeck" sports mountain. Lake Millstatt is only a 15-minute drive away. Ideal for families and couples, motorcyclists but also for individuals and business travelers. Guest access Garden is available for use. Grilling facilities available. 1 parking space (under the carport). Walbox/electric charging station available. Motorcycles can be parked in the garage. Accommodation of bicycles possible. Basement with washing machine and dryer. Other things to note We have a travel bed for toddlers incl. bed linens. Also, children's toys and games. From June 27 - September 10, only bookings for 7 days can be made.
