The space This cabin is located in a very beautiful neighborhood in the village of Cloudcroft. Once an old apple barn, the upper level was beautifully remodeled into a large efficiency with a spacious outdoor deck that includes a gas grill. The large living room has comfortable reclining furniture. and a wood stove. The kitchen has full-size appliances and a dishwasher and microwave. The full-size bed is at farther end with a small balcony. The bathroom has a glassed in corner shower. We have provided several amenities for your stay. You must have a government issued ID on file with airbnb. Portable firepits are not allowed. We DO NOT accept third-party reservations. 2 dogs allowed. must state size in reservation. please read pet rules. We do not allow cats. The parking is at road level only, there are stairs down to the cabin. ALL VEHICLES must park at the road level only. Guest access * No smoking of any kind inside the cabin. Living Area with reclining sofa and reclining chair, TV, WiFi, kitchen with dishes and utensils, pots, pans, baking pans, coffee pot, and microwave. A double bed with extra blankets. Bathroom with towels and shower stall (no bathtub). Deck with furniture and grill. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING.. Dogs are allowed, but there are no enclosed areas. We do not accept cats. The deck will not be used to enclose dog(s). There is a $25.00 fee per dog 40lbs & under limit 2 and $50.00 fee over 40lbs limit 1, per stay fee. *You must disclose PRIOR to booking if you are bringing a dog(s). We do not accept third-party reservations. The person making the reservation must be the Primary Occupant. You cannot assign or "gift" the reservation to someone else. Access will be denied to third parties unaccompanied by the Primary Occupant, and refunds will not be granted.” **Stairs are needed to access the cabin (see pictures). **The barbeque grill is provided, but proper cleaning after every use is required, otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will be requested. Damage to any interior or exterior furnishings. There is no smoking INSIDE the cabin. cigarette, cigar or Marijuana. No exceptions. Please ask what current restrictions are before booking. Snow between November and into April. Will need 4x4 or All wheel drive. Bringing a dog or dogs on the property without permission. Any damages caused by pet.
