Inside you'll enjoy a quiet & private oasis surrounded by large windows, comfy K&Q sized beds, jacuzzi tubs, top-notch kitchen appliances & a one-of-a-kind breakfast nook. The space Understated Elegance! This 2000sq ft custom mid-century home on an 11,000sqft lot, has a spacious yet quiet and private feel inside. The architecture features a unique rustic interior curved brick wall with panels that light up, quality wood floors, and sections of vaulted ceilings throughout. Each room has their own set of french or sliding doors leading to various decks and pleasant views of the surrounding plants and landscape. The beds: 2 Kings (Mckroskey & Sleep Number) and 1 Queen are comfortable and roomy for an excellent night's sleep. A queen sized airbed is also available upon request. The large bathrooms each equipped with full shower and jacuzzi tub allows guests to unwind and relax, especially after a long day of work or travel. With our recently updated tankless water heater you will have access to endless hot water, no matter how many guests will be sharing the facilities! The breakfast nook, surrounded by windows and beautiful accents of wisteria, is light and cheery; the perfect place to enjoy your morning or afternoon tea/coffee. Or you can step outside onto the adjoining patio with bistro table and lemon trees to take in some fresh air and sunshine. The kitchen is fully-equipped with high-end appliances (Wolfe Range, Miele fridge & dishwasher) and is a great for those who like to cook at home. Other available appliances include a toaster oven, microwave, electric cordless hot water kettle, coffeemaker (& grinder), a Nespresso machine and a french press. Guests may also use the built-in "FireMagic" barbecue on the back patio and sit out under the large gazebo for a great hang out space and to take advantage of the amazing California weather! The dining room and living room can accommodate good work space and can be dually used for team meetings or family/friend gathering. They both showcase a beautiful indoor/outdoor view of our back patio with it's greenery and unique topiaries.
