Magnolia Bahay is a private bungalow style duplex with each unit having a private driveway and dividing fence. The space Old Florida bungalow style home renovated/restored interior with hardwood floors, beachy decor, and meticulous attention to detail. Cozy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom set up, kitchen, living room, dishwasher and complimentary laundry machines. Comfortable furniture/bedding and other home amenities offered for optimum comfort/ relaxation and may be replaced with similar kind as needed. Relax on the back patio in the large fenced-in backyard. Perfect for great conversation and enjoying the stars. Central air conditioning throughout the home including the front porch will keep you comfortable after a day at the beach. Air conditioning and heat will be set appropriately with in the accepted standard capacity of the unit. Any attempt to change the settings may cause the unit to break/malfunction or freeze which the guest will be charge if damages occurs. The TV is set for the the guests to enjoy. We ask that you keep the setting as is when you find it. If the host calls a Technician to reprogram the TV due to setting alteration, the guest will be charge for the Tech service. Our Bahay is a bungalow style home with 1050 feet living space. Guest access Full private access to the enclosed front porch, 2 bedroom/1 bath private living area, kitchen, back patio, yard, and driveway. Driveway holds 2 cars, plus ample street parking. Located on a quiet side street within walking distance to main access road with nearby restaurants/shops. It is across the street from a Blue Ribbon Middle school. Other things to note *We abide by all Sarasota rental rules and regulations. We adjust our calendar for each individual booking to abide by all local ordinances.* Perfect central location to enjoy the beaches, museums, arts, and downtown Sarasota! There is an outdoor perimeter camera for the safety of our guests as well as the residence. Beach chairs and cooler are complimentary when available and in good condition. The host cannot guarantee its availability at all times. Detergent soap is supplied by the guest. Paper products are supplied as a starter. Guests are responsible for providing additional needed supplies. Check out is 10 am. Our cleaners are on a very tight schedule due to increased cleaning demands. -A $50 late fee will be assessed for check outs after 10:00 am -A $150 late fee will be assessed for check outs after noon. - $ 40 each night for Unauthorized each extra guests and pets to pay the Cleaners for extra service and needed medication for allergic reaction.
