A modern and complete apartment with very spacious terrace with garden set and sun beds. You have a beautiful unobstructed view from your terrace! The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a cozy bright living room with good Wifi connection, television and bookcase. There is air conditioning throughout the accommodation and the complex has a seasonal communal swimming pool (2025: June to Sept) with children's pool. You can park for free in the street! Other things to note Seasonal community pool (2024: Jun-Juli-aug-sep) Air conditioning: 105kW per week free, the cost for the more consumption is €0.45 per kW. A valid credit card has be consulted at arrival. From November 1 to April 1 of each year, electricity is NOT entirely included in the price. We provide our guests 7.5kW per day for free electricity. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kW. In the apartment there is a counter so you can easily read your consumption. A valid credit card must be consulted at arrival for the electricity account(s). It is mandatory to report all guests at the time of booking, including infants and children up to 2 years of age. Due to the persistent drought and heat, ants are looking for water and food and unfortunately they can be present in the apartments. In addition to the measures taken by us, we provide our guests with ant scarecrow. Also the cleaning of food and used glasses will help. We kindly ask you to take this into account.
