Everything was new and clean including a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Nice living room with large flat screen tv, Netflix and free high speed WIFI . Full kitchen with all the needed equipment. Two parking spots. There are table lamps with wireless & wired phone charging ports. The space There is a grocery store, drug store and Tim Hortons all within walking distance. Just a short drive away is a major shopping area with a Walmart and lots of restaurants. The Factory, Canada's largest Indoor adventure park, is just a short 10 minute drive. Budweiser Gardens is a 20 minute drive. London airport is 8 minutes away. Other things to note This listing is for the entire upper unit of a two-unit home. The lower unit has a separate entrance. You'll enjoy a full private unit, with no shared indoor spaces. This is a non-smoking property. If you do smoke in the unit a $200 per day cleaning fee will apply. Animals are not allowed on this property. If you do bring an animal in the unit a $200 per day cleaning fee will apply. Only the registered guests are allowed in the unit. If you do bring an unauthorized guest to sleep a $148 per day will apply as well as a $156 cleaning fee will apply. I do not host locals.
