This unit is located right in the heart of downtown Toronto - a short walk away from the CN Tower, The Rogers Center, Scotiabank Arena, Ripley's Aquarium, The Fashion & Entertainment District, and dozens of restaurants and sports bars. Explore the city and everything it has to offer in this beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located luxury suite. The space This unit can comfortably sleep 3 people and is suitable for all - couples, solo adventurers, business travelers or a family. There is a Queen sized bed in the bedroom which can comfortably sleep 2 , along with a sofa in living room and single bed in the den area . Please note that there is a baby crib in the unit for babies. Step out on the balcony to enjoy some fresh air and the view of Lake Ontario and the city skyline! Other things to note NO PETS / NO SMOKING / NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM and check-out is any time before 11:00 AM. We would appreciate it if you could please abide by these general house rules while you stay with us: · All shoes must be left at the front door upon entering the condo · No parties or large get to gathers – any parties or noise complaints from the neighbors will result in a fine · All electrical appliances must be unplugged prior to leaving the unit (kettle, coffee maker, iron) · The kitchen must be left clean and tidy – dishes in the dishwasher and the counter wiped · There are additional towels, sheets, and blankets provided - if you do not use them, please leave them in the closet · Shower curtain must be put in the tub so that the excess water drips into the tub, not on the bathroom floor · Door must be locked upon leaving the condo – this is very important · Take care of the key and fob as there will be an additional charge for lost key and/or fob. Overall, please treat the condo with the same care and respect as you would treat your own! Please leave the condo looking as clean and tidy as it was when you arrived.
