The location is located in a small residential complex just built, directly on the lake and in an absolutely privileged position, and has a large solarium use pier, with the necessary equipment for beach usability. The inhabited center with services (food, pharmacy, tobacconist, post office, railway station and bus line) is no more than 500 meters away, and can also be easily reached by means of the cycle path that runs along the entire lake coast. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, comfortable bathroom and kitchen, TV and private outdoor space, as well as convenient parking outside the building in a fenced area. Lake Iseo is located in eastern Lombardy, between the provinces of Brescia and Bergamo, has the Oglio river as its main emissary and emissary which descends from the Camonica Valley, located north of the lake basin, while to the south is the renowned wine area of Franciacorta, which overlooks the southern Brescia shores of the lake itself.
