Spread across three floors, the five bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. From the spacious master bedroom with its bay window to the cosy top‑floor double with a glimpse of the sea, there's room for all ages to feel at home. A small front garden and a private rear courtyard provide quiet spots to enjoy a morning coffee or store beach gear after a day by the sea. Clarendon sits just moments from Sheringham's shops, cafés, pubs, and the sandy beach. The train station is a three‑minute walk away, giving easy access to Cromer, Norwich, and the heritage North Norfolk Railway. One Step down: Door to Kitchen: with original tiled floor, insert Victorian feature range, gas hob and electric fan oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Door leading into Utility Room: with washing machine, tumble dryer & beer/wine fridge, and door to Shower Room: walk in shower cubicle, WC, and washbasin. Step from utility room into small rear garden. Staircase leading to first floor landing, with door to Master bedroom: with Kingsize bed, bay window and feature fireplace. Bunk bedroom: with bunk beds (suitable for children only). Twin bedroom: with 2 single beds. Step down to: Double bedroom: with double bed.
