Please note that this is NOT a party house and we ask that guests be respectful of our neighbor and observe quiet hours of 10pm - 8am while outdoors. Well-behaved and housebroken pets under 50 lbs are welcome with a $50 pet cleaning fee. More than 1 pet per stay is subject to prior host approval. In accordance with local ordinances, guests will be asked to provide a list of guests and their vehicles about 1 week prior to the start of each reservation. Thanks for understanding! Note, we do have a security camera at the property, which is aimed at the driveway. We don't actively monitor the camera. It is used for notify our cleaners when guests leave the property so they know when they can come to clean.
