Sleeping areas: bedroom with King size bed . Guest access You have a private terrace of 30 m² (320 sq. ft.) as well as a large garden of 4000 m² (43000 sq. ft.). We provide you with a washing machine and a dryer in our garage. Other things to note A few things to know: - We do not accept pets. Thanks for your understanding. - Multimedia: bluetooth speaker and Spotify account (streaming music) to listen to your favorite songs. - Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate pods are provided free of charge (Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine). - A high-end fan with a silent mode for the night is available on request. - We don't have optical fiber in our area. An 8 Mb/s Wifi connection is available. For a higher speed (+ 100 Mb/s), you can connect to the nearby 4G / LTE antenna. - 24/7 CCTV of the inner courtyard (where your car will be parked) and of the driveway leading to the apartment.
