From the living room you can access the terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the famous beach "La Cinta" in San Teodoro, reachable on foot or by shuttle (free service included) from the apartment. The living room is also in communication with the kitchen via an "internal window" that can be closed if necessary for more privacy/order. The bedrooms are 3: Bedroom 1, large double with beautiful views of the manicured gardens of Puntaldia; Bedroom 2, large double furnished with marine style; Bedroom 3, small room with bunk bed plus (below) a pull-out bed (once the third bed is extracted the remaining space is quite limited), with en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom is between bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 and is also accessible from the living room.
