The space Elevated and modern with an open plan living room that leads out onto a beautiful deck overlooking Cowes Bay where you can relax and enjoy a beverage whilst watching the boats go by. Featuring brand new furniture and fittings throughout, the well appointed kitchen contains all you need to wine and dine with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. The living area contains comfortable couches, flats screen tv, dvd player and reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning. 3 beautiful bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and an ensuite, one with another queen sized bed and the 3rd with 2 single beds share the family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Both queen rooms have access to the balcony. Go and explore the rock pools when the tides out. This lovely home will not disappoint! Please note downstairs is not accessible to guests. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date.
