This modern double storey townhouse is located in a dead-end court, it's safe and quiet. Easy access to public transports, supermarkets, parks, local cafes, and restaurants, you're just 30 minutes from the Melbourne CBD. It provides a private courtyard, 2.5 bathroom, 4 bedrooms with 3 Queen-sized beds and 2 separate triple bunk beds. Each bedroom features an Air Conditioner, accommodating up to 10 guests. The space Ground Floor: The open kitchen, living and dining area, laundry room is located on the ground floor. A separate toilet is on the ground floor as well. The laundry is next to the staircase. First Floor/Upstairs: · Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, A/C and a fully equipped ensuite bathroom with a built-in shower, a toilet and an integrated basin. · The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a built-in wardrobe and A/C. · The third bedroom (lounge room) has a queen size bed and A/C. · The fourth bedroom has two lovely bunk beds for accommodating four kids and A/C. · There is another spacious fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, a built-in shower, a toilet and a double basin vanity unit. Our modern and lovely home is very close to Doncaster Westfield shopping center, a one-stop hub for shopping, fun & relaxation. There is a shortcut to Westfield Shopping Center through a gate between unit 2 and 3 (the key for lock provided). Guest access • This listing is the entire house, so you will have access to the whole place during your stay, and don't have to share it with the host or other guests. • The garage is not available to park in, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage and the cleaners' workshop. • Free unlimited Wi-Fi • Free guest parking spots (driveway or Off-street parking available) • Modern fully-equipped Kitchen. Other things to note • Instant booking with no reviews please sends request first. • Government-issued ID may be required. • No unregistered guests allowed. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking. • Parties/events are strictly prohibited. • Pets are strictly prohibited. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. • Please respect the noise curfew. Please remain quiet between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am. • Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival. • Please place the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside with the lid closed on MONDAY night for weekly collection. • Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out. • Please turn off the A/C and lights when you go out. • Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it. • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged ( is subject to availability ) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied. • You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies. • Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me. • A security bond will be required.
