The Lawson Suite (private, with separate entry)

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. The suite is not suitable for large dogs. Only one dog per visit. The space Please be aware we are not located directly on the water. Lake Norman is right across the street, and all boating and jet skiing is just minutes away. Our home is a beautiful setting, Right off lake Norman. This is a private suite, and not the entire house. There is a Private entrance and lower porch is for guest only. The space is totally private. Perfect for a romantic getaway , or a quiet retreat to unwind and rest from the busyness of life. Plenty of lake activity. Queens landing is near by where you can rent boats and jet skis. Plenty of great restaurants to enjoy with lake views! The suite provides a fridge, microwave, toaster oven which is also for baking, and a recently added kitchenette sink. A gas grill is located on the lower porch right outside your door. A large fire pit is right off the lower porch area for guest to use anytime. Our home is surrounded by woods and large rocks. Guest access When guest arrive they have their own private parking area. The suite has a totally private entry. Guest have access to golf cart. Other things to note This is a private suite, located on the lower half of the porch. Please , Know that if your looking for a party house, our place is not a good fit for you. We cater to guest who want to unwind and enjoy a nice quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. The suite is very clean , we do ask that our guest remove shoes, and please no smoking in the suite. We do allow pets. Only 1 dog per visit. The suite is not suitable for large dogs.
