Heated pool – Art and Spas surrounded by nature

The house is an ancient farmhouse of the eighteenth century, renovated with the desire to maintain the original characteristics as much as possible and has been owned by our family for about 150 years. It is located on the first hills of the Valdinievole and enjoys a superb view over the entire valley. Strategically located to visit all of Tuscany: Montecatini Terme is a few minutes away, half an hour from Lucca and Pistoia, Florence, Pisa, Chianti and Versilia less than an hour away. The space The building is divided into two independent housing units: one of about 120 square meters where you guests will stay and one where we live. The outdoor area consists of a large exclusive terrace, a garden of about 2000 square meters, a swimming pool of 9x5 meters and an olive grove with more than 500 olive trees that you will share with me and my family. From March 15 to June 15 and from September 15 to November 15, the pool is heated to about 27°C (about 80°F); a clarification following questions received from our guests: in case of rain the heating system cannot maintain the set temperature. The interiors are furnished with furniture owned by my family for generations and in 2023 we completed major renovations that made the entire building earthquake-proof, eco-friendly and sustainable.
