Walk To The Beach

This is our home so you will find personal items. As such we trust you will respect our house as it were your own. Two bedrooms, dining living area and kitchen with dishwasher. There is both Netflix and free wifi. Situated between the Phillip Is Race Track, Penguin Parade and Cowes are all about 8 minutes drive. Beach with ramp access at the end of street, less than 4 minutes walk. A self contained studio at the back of this property is private from house and garden. The space This home has a eclectic feel with art collected over many years. It is an inviting space but is not a luxury home. The queen bedroom has a garden view. The double bedroom is furnished with antiques. The kitchen is well equipped as I love to cook. Guest access As this property does have another studio which has it's own access we would ask that you be mindful of their privacy and only use the garden area in front of the house.
