Enjoy a week or (less) at the beach, in the perfect spot by the ocean, at a very affordable price! Very Quiet apartment with no one above your apartment. PLEASE consider staying a month in the fall winter or spring, only $1650. @month including VRBO deductions and taxes. Apartment/ flat, is close to everything, especially the ocean! Couple's so far, have found the accommodations to be more than comfortable and convenient, with adequate room to relax in style! A well equipped kitchen, separates the living room from Bedroom/bath. Bedroom leads to back patio where you can grill or sit out. For your convenience, sheets can be furnished along with towels. Please let me know...because, some prefer to bring their own. For those who will be visiting 3 days or more a washer and dryer are available for your use, in a private clean utility room next to your back sliding door! A grill on the patio is for your use ...weather permitting! Nothing fancy, just charcoal.. Enjoy listening to the ocean sitting on the front patio or take a walk from the driveway to the beach access, directly across the street! Topsail Island is a barrier island. It is surrounded by water. Intra-coastal waterway is on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other side. It's a rugged island and has been through many hurricanes. Every one takes a toll but, Topsail comes back even stronger! Come visit, see the history that made this island so interesting!! Laid back and easy going, ride bikes if you want to rent them or rent a golf cart and tour at ease. Many Island restaurants close by 9 p.m. , I might suggest, plan on eating earlier and party after! Come as you are nothing fancy just a nice time and great memories!!
