Canal Front Paradise Entire Home w/golf cart & Spa

Pristine home located on the canal with direct access to the ocean Beautiful water views! Marco Beach only 5 miles. Let me know ahead of time if you're bringing boat for specifics.. with enough notice you can dock your boat if it's not too big. I can also advise you of tide charts. Airy beach décor. Vaulted ceiling. Golf cart, gas grill, fire pit & outdoor sink area located on the dock. Abundance of fish can be caught off the dock. The space The moment you step inside you will be pleased with our home. The charming landing gives way to hardwood stairs and vaulted ceiling living area. There are windows all around the great room and expansive view of the area. You will want to be a chef in the large kitchen that provides every cooking utensil, pan, dish and glasses you will need. Step outside the kitchen and you can enjoy your meals on the screened in porch or step downstairs and enjoy dinner in at a beautiful table. Both eating areas are overlooking the canal. You can also cook and entertain downstairs with our gas grill and new in 2019 outdoor sink area. There is a fire pit. When you are ready to end your day, retire in our two well furnished, cozy bedrooms. Each has their own bath and are separated by a long hallway and laundry room. We found paradise and want to share it with you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and grounds. Lockbox is integrated on front door so you don't have to worry about keys. Other things to note I will stop by to check the grounds every week but will never go inside while my guests are there.
