Conveniently located on the free Lift Bus line. Biking, hiking, swimming, and relaxing in the summer. The space The Gibbons Getaway at Meadowridge is the perfect spot for your mountain escape. Come and enjoy the spectacular views of the Byers Peak Range. It is truly a condo for all seasons. Skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and tubing in the winter. Hiking, bicycling, golfing, and fly fishing in the spring, summer, and fall. Enjoy the outdoor pool with two huge hot tubs facing the beautiful Byers Peak. In the winter watch for the free shuttle bus from the warmth of the living room and have time for the short walk to catch it at the clubhouse. Huge supermarket 1/4 mile away. (Safeway) Fraser: .85 mile. Downtown Winter Park: 2 miles. Winter Park Ski Resort: 6.4. Beds: two queens and three single loft beds. The loft area is meant for bigger children and I would not recommend it for adults. Maybe 20-somethings can handle the ladder. ;) Club Meadowridge privileges include a year-round heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a steam sauna, two racquetball courts (inside), a weight/cardio room, basketball, ping pong, volleyball, and two outdoor tennis courts. STR License#STR22-00554 Guest access Guests have full access to Club Meadowridge health club amenities with a provided pass, which has (year-round) 2 outdoor hot tubs with towels provided, a heated outdoor pool, 2 tennis courts, basketball. Indoors: showers/locker room, weights/cardio, 2 racquetball courts, steam sauna, ping pong. Other things to note Club Meadowridge & Ski Shuttle Stop: It is located just down the road to the right of the condo and the open meadow. You can see it from our unit. •Pool: Check-in at the front desk and they will give you towels for the pool, hot tub, and steam sauna. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. • Free Amenities: Workout room, cardio equipment, game room, racquetball, tennis, and basketball. • Fee Amenities: Pilates (by appt.), and Massage (by appt.) The loft area is meant for bigger children and I would not recommend it for adults. Maybe 20-somethings can handle the ladder. ;) Our kitchen is fully stocked with lots of gadgets. Air fryer, crockpot, waffle maker, popcorn, maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and hand mixer. Two types of coffee makers. Standard pot and Keurig. We also do our best to keep it stocked with spices and cooking oil. We also have Keurig coffee pods for your morning coffee.  We always have plenty of dishwasher pods, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towel. Sometimes when you rent an Airbnb, they only give you a few of each things. Not us we want to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. Including shampoo and conditioner and body wash.  And if you’re not sure if we have something am just a message away.
