We have the essentials ready to go for you including olive oil, salt, pepper, and a full spice rack and you are free to use what you need in the kitchen cabinets. Huge island with seating for 3. Wanna cook outside - cool, we have a propane powered Weber Genesis II Grill ready for you to get 'er done. Dining Room: Counter height dining room table with seating for 6 and leather seats for easy clean up. Living room: Super plush microfiber sectional sofa for when you just feel like relaxing. Also, a fenced back yard for pets. Guest access We encourage guests to come and go as they please, using the front door with keypad entry (shared upon booking.) We will be available via phone, text, or email anytime and are typically not present for guest arrival or check-out. Guests will have access to the entire house and yard. There is a Roku TV so you can log into any of your subscription services. Traveling with your dog? We love well behaved dogs (up to 2). This is a very wide open area, so please ensure dogs will listen before you let them loose. Our home has a two large dog crates (up to 70lbs) in the garage, but please no animals on the furniture or the beds. We now have a small fenced in area to help protect our furry friends! We have 4 camping chairs in the garage for your convenience, please just bring them back to the garage before you leave. Other things to note Like many mountain homes, our house does not have air conditioning, but by running the ceiling fans and opening the windows in the evening, the house will be cool by bedtime.
