Air-conditioned furnished cottage for 1–4 people, 10 minutes from Beaune and the Santenay thermal baths. The space Furnished gîte for 1–4 people. Completely independent entrance and access. You can park your vehicle in our private courtyard, closed by a gate. You will be greeted by the owners between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (or other times to be specified to us). The bedrooms, located upstairs, have quality bedding. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available as well as a safety gate for stairs. The accommodation consists of: - 20 m² air-conditioned bedroom with a 180 cm x 200 bed, 2 valets, wardrobe/dressing room, work desk, Wi-Fi and Ethernet, natural light with window overlooking the courtyard (with mosquito net and electric roller shutter), kettle and snaking. - 18 m² air-conditioned bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds, sitting area, wardrobe, Ethernet and Wi-Fi network, natural light with window overlooking the courtyard (with mosquito net and electric roller shutter), kettle. Beds are equipped with sheets and duvets provided, with extra blankets if needed, and pillows. Beds are made upon arrival. - Bathroom with XXL shower and separate toilet. Gloves, towels, soap, shampoo are provided free of charge. A hairdryer is available in the bathroom. - Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, stove, table, chairs, dishes and kitchen utensils for 4 people. - Living room with relaxing armchairs and TV. - Laundry room with washing machine and clothes rack. Outdoor clothesline available in summer. Guest access You can enjoy the garden overlooking Chassagne-Montrachet and the wine coast (Montrachet). Access to the Thermal Baths and Casino of Santenay 7 km away, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet 2 km away, Meursault 5 km away, Beaune 12 km away. Other things to note Bicycles are available on site. We also provide you with all the essentials (sheets, towels, soap...) but also the little extras that our guests appreciate (luggage rack in the rooms, bottles of water, relaxation area in the garden with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, garden lit in summer...). Our closed garage is accessible free of charge to store your equipment (bicycles...) safely. Outdoor games (bocce balls, badminton rackets and shuttlecocks, soccer and volleyballs...) are available on free loan. Two playgrounds for these sports are located less than 500 meters from our house. Indoor games for children are also available free of charge on request (small cars, puzzles, board games...).
