Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near the Curdies River on the western end of the Great Ocean Rd, Newfield Holiday House is a wheelchair friendly house that easily accommodates two families. With an enclosed verandah, surrounding garden, toys, games and table-tennis, it is an ideal house for children. The extensive library and record collection provide activities for adults too. Two large kitchen/dining/sitting rooms encompass most of the downstairs area and enable guests to spread out and enjoy different activities. A bread-maker, air-fryer, rice-cooker BBQ, pod coffee machine and baking implements are provided as well as a second fridge in the garage. Downstairs Bedrooms: Two queen rooms and a single room. Upstairs Bedrooms: : a dormitory with 4 single beds, a cot and a queen bed - spare mattresses in the cupboard. Enjoy swimming, snorkelling, surfing & boarding, river, rock & surf fishing, beach rambles & cliff-top walks, tennis, golf and the extensive bird-life. Drive short distances to the famous 12 Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and other sites on the historic shipwreck coastline. Township: Corner Store/liquor, Post Office with take-aways, Ted's Dining & Coffee, Peterborough House coffee and meals, pub. Nearby: Timboon (supermarket & shops), Port Campbell (picturesque tourist town), Boggy Creek pub, beautiful Princetown. A little further: Warrnambool & Port Fairy.
