It comes with plenty of charm and quirks, nothing matches, the windows and doors will open one day and not the next, and the floor will make you wonder…... But if want somewhere with a great view, a skip, hop and a jump to the water, and a homely, down to earth feel, then this for you. Plenty of fishing and diving from the shore or from a boat. Close to Hen and Chicken Island. Beach launching for boat. Comes with gas BBQ and 3 kayaks, and outdoor shower for after your swim. Well known Mt Manaia offers excellent views and walking. Also plenty of other walks are in the area. Childrens playground 2 minutes walk away. 5 minutes drive to a local cafe & takeaways - also basic dairy provisions. 5 minutes drive to Manaia Club.
