La Villa d'Ars – House by Lake Paladru

On the shores of beautiful Lake Paladru, I suggest you rent my family home. It benefits from an exceptional setting with panoramic views of the lake. You have direct access to swim, fish or do various water activities. At the bottom of the garden is a river that will delight fishermen. The sailing club is a few meters from our house. The space 200 m2 house, it was completely redone in 2015. It is equipped with all the comforts. The 25 m2 kitchen is fully equipped and you also have different appliances available (Nespresso coffee machine, Magimix food processor, waffle maker, mixer, etc.) A large family table can accommodate 10 guests. The house has 5 bedrooms on the ground floor, two with private shower room and one bathroom for three bedrooms (Three doubles). There are also two powder rooms Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. One connecting bedroom with two single beds A bedroom with a double bed As well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. The large living room is equipped with a large wall-mounted TV and an integrated Cabasse sound system. You also have a Bonzini foosball table available. The whole thing overlooks a very large terrace with an aperitif area on one side and a large table on the other that can accommodate 12 people. Other things to note Request for a deposit check of €2,000 at the beginning of the stay. The latter will be returned at the end of the stay unless there is an incident.
