Welcome to our holiday apartment! We have furnished our apartments with a lot of love for you and we hope you feel comfortable with us. We offer you a modern and cozily equipped apartment in an exclusive location, in the heart of Warnemünde, just 200 meters from the beach. Here you will find relaxation with your family. Right next to your vacation district begins the popular shopping and strolling mile Mühlenstraße with its many small shops, restaurants The space and cafes and a bike rental. The apartment is 35 square meters and is located in the basement. All rooms are to the south side to the quiet yard and are bright and friendly. It features a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, as well as pleats and insect screens. The bathroom offers a shower, sink, hairdryer, underfloor heating and toilet. In the living room you have a smart TV and radio. Your kitchen is equipped with a stove with 4-burner ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. SERVICE Linens and towels are included. Baby travel cot and high seat is available on request without charge. Heating available / vacation properties for rent all year round. 1 car parking space for your apartment is included on our property. Arrival is via a key safe. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets. Smoking is not allowed in our holiday properties. In the bedroom you will find a large, cozy double bed. We will be happy to provide you with a children's travel cot on request and subject to availability. Pleats and an insect screen on the windows make for relaxing nights. Bed linen is already included in the price. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, underfloor heating and a hairdryer. Towels are already included. Guest access The apartment must be entered from the yard side. All rooms are south facing.
