Relax and unwind or play and take adventures while staying in our 3- bedroom, 2 bathroom loft. We are located above the town of Wanship with a quiet setting of a country-feel and yet, just minutes from Park City. *PLEASE NOTE* - We have remodeled with new furniture and bedding. If you have been here before, it is the same place just a new look! The space Our property is nestled above the town of Wanship with breathtaking views of Rockport Lake, the valley of Wanship and the Uintah mountains. This loft has a rustic mountain charm with 1,000 sq feet that will accommodate couples, families and friends. While staying with us, you will for sure see our horses, chickens and cats around our home. And you just might see bald eagles, jack rabbits, elk, deer or moose. :) REMODELED!! We are excited to start this season of hosting with new furniture and bedding. Kitchen: Fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. (or not... depending on your cooking skills ;) *Full size refrigerator *Dishwasher *Oven/stove *Microwave *BBQ Grill *Double sink with disposal I'm pretty sure you will have every pot, utensil, dish or pan you might need. (If not, let me know) Other mini appliances: * popcorn popper * toaster * blender * griddle *7 qt Crock pot * And... Coffee maker! (Drip) Bring your favorite ground coffee bean and brew away! We do have packets of sugar & pods of Creamer for your use. Other items include: Plates and bowls Drinking glasses 4 wine glasses Coffee mugs Cutting boards Mixing bowls Measuring cups and spoons Tea pot Pizza pan 9x13 pan Rolling pin Muffin tin Baking sheet Pots/pans *A kitchen table with four chairs and 4 bar stools at the counter for your dining convenience. Layout of Bedrooms: * Master Bedroom - Queen bed. Dresser of drawers. Attached full bath. (No tub) * Bedroom 2 - One double bed. Nightstand and lamp. Closet with hangers. Full length mirror. (I mean, who doesn't need that?!) * Bedroom 3 - One bunk bed. (Two twin mattresses) Nightstand and lamp. Closet with hangers. Full length mirror. * Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full bathroom with shower (no tub). Also in there, a stacked washer/dryer. Living Room Area: * Full couch *Sitting chair *Coffee Table *Mounted wall TV with a ROKU streaming device. OTHER THINGS: * Stackable washer/dryer * Free wifi * Free parking This is an upstairs loft so there are stairs on the outside of the building that will access you to the front door. It is its own private space. (Not shared) ***PLEASE NOTE.... you will need AWD or 4-wheel drive if you plan to stay with us in the wintry snow months. Our winter months are November- March. Other things to note *Check-in time is at or after 4:00 PM. Early check-in depends on availability. Please contact us before arriving early. *Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Late check-out depends on availability. Please contact us. Check-out instructions will be provided in the unit or you can use the QR code. *Pets are NOT ALLOWED in this unit. Any pet or presence of a pet will result in (but not limited to) a $400 fine. *No smoking or vaping or illegal drugs. The use of tobacco on the premises is NOT ALLOWED. Evidence of smoking such as cigarette butts, ash and/or smell will result in (but not limited to) a $200 fine. Use of illegal drugs will result in a $200 fine, immediate conviction from the property and police involvement.
