The farm is in a quiet location not far from the natural beach, cliffs and coastal cycle path in Elmenhorst, outside Boltenhagen (about 10 minutes' drive). On three floors, the stylish apartment combines a spacious living room with a cozy dining area and chic fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room as well as a guest toilet and a storage room. In this approx. 80 m² large living oasis you can spend a fantastic family time that offers you all the amenities. Enjoy your vacation in its most beautiful form. You will live in the living room with access to the terrace, two bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 guest toilet on over 80 m². An external staircase leads directly into the stylish and cozy living area, which is equipped with a large 55-inch TV, among other things. From the living room you can access the open and modernly designed kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a fridge-freezer, a 4-plate ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher and microwave, it also includes all the necessary kitchen utensils such as toaster, kettle, etc. The dining table offers plenty of space for extensive meals with the whole family. From the heart of the apartment, you can exit onto the spacious, west-facing terrace with comfortable seating. From here you can enjoy the sunny and evening hours extensively. The whole apartment is chic and stylishly furnished and instantly creates a feeling of well-being. On the ground floor of this individually designed apartment there is also the modernly equipped guest toilet. There is also a storage room where a vacuum cleaner and other everyday utensils can be accommodated. In the hallway there is a wardrobe that offers enough space. The entire bottom floor is equipped with underfloor heating, which provides a cozy warmth in the cold months. A large wooden staircase leads you to the hallway of the 1st floor. From here you can enter the second bathroom with a floor-level shower or the cozy bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm). A TV is also available here. In addition, the room is equipped with a small desk. In a wardrobe and an open shelf you have the opportunity to store your vacation wardrobe. On the 2nd floor is the other lovingly furnished bedroom with a bunk bed. The lower bed is 140 x 200 cm wide, the upper bed is 90 x 200 cm wide. Of course, there is also a TV here for some entertainment. Since the individual floors are not spatially separated from each other, stair gates have been installed to protect the little ones. All rooms have been equipped with high-quality design flooring and the bedrooms can be darkened by means of pleated blinds. The apartment has a charcoal grill. A shared washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the adjacent utility room. Bicycles brought along can be stored dry in the bicycle storage room in the annex. There is also the possibility to reserve rental bicycles online before arrival and to use a pick-up/drop-off service.
