The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood very close to the Rainbow River, only 0.5 miles from Blue Run of Dunnellon Park and 0.4 miles from Chaplin A. Dinkins III Memorial Park, as well as being walking distance to Swampy's Bar and Grille. This is the perfect location for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or tubing the Rainbow River. The entire house is yours to enjoy, and pets are welcome.
