Gas Heat. • Wifi: professional-grade networking equipment which might be found in a high-tech office. I am able to manage and monitor the health of the network remotely. • I live less than ten minutes away, so I can come by quickly should the need arise. CAPACITY: • Apartment is approximately 700 Sq Ft. • There is a small bedroom in the back and a large living/dining room in the front. • The apartment accommodates up to four people, but works better when the four are family members. COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS: My guest's health is important to me. Here are the adjustments that I have made to help keep my guests safe during the outbreak: • No contact visit. While I normally make an effort to greet my guests, during the COVID-19 outbreak I will avoid meeting in person. • Self check-in: keyless entry system. • Enhanced sanitation procedures. • Linens are washed in hot water with bleach, as always. • Guests will have access to cleaning supplies. Guest access • Gorgeous Rooftop Deck (in common with the first and third floor apartment, quiet hours 9pm to 8am, 8 person max). • Parking - Parking on the street near the apartment can be tricky both in terms of finding a parking place and in the two-hour daytime parking restriction. I am able to offer parking in the alley behind the townhouse for $15/night. You will have full access to your vehicle during your stay. Parking is offered on a nightly basis congruent to the apartment rental, i.e. 4pm on the first day to 11am on the last day. The alley dates back to the 1880s when cars were not a consideration in the design, so navigation is tight. If your vehicle is oversized (more than more than 195 inches long) or if you would feel more comfortable with more maneuverability space, I can offer a larger space for $25/night. Parking does sell out, so please let me know your interest soonest. • Community Pool: A five minute walk away. Search for "Francis Pool DC". Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor, so please be prepared to manage your luggage up one flight of stairs. I’m happy to help if I’m around. Registration Details Exempt
