The flat for up to two people and in a size of 57 m ² is furnished high grade and exists of two rooms: A big sitting room with open kitchen (high-quality Siemens devices), a generous bedroom with a double bed, a big bathroom with bath. The grounds of the holiday apartment exist of oaken parquet. From the sitting room one has a very nice look at the water and the bath footbridge and landing stage. The flat disposes of a big balcony to the garden in southern adjustment (whole-active sunny).
