Private Country Studio

This is a private studio. The space was originally built as a game room for my father's hunting trophies, to watch sports and play pool. It has slowly converted into a private studio for guests to stay. This property is very private, it's .5 miles off the main road. Surrounded by farm land with cows, horses, and a small Vinyard. The studio is above the garage off of the main house. Private entry. The space is an open floor plan with a queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, pool table, small closet area to hang cloths, and a couch area with a TV & Wifi. Washer and dryer down stairs in the garage. This space sleeps 2, but can sleep 4 apon request. We have a queen blow up mattress that can fit in the couch area. The house is 5 miles to the freeway, and 5.1 miles from down town Oregon city. Down town Oregon city is lively with, food carts, a wine bar, restaurants and bars, live music in the summers on Fridays and Saturdays. Also very close to the Willamette River, where there are parks and places to rent paddle boards, and kayaks. I am willing to work with people on check in and checkout times.
