This block of flats dates from 1890s is Listed building Grade II Millbank Estate, one of the first London County Council estates. It was designed by the Architects' Department, housing section, under Owen Fleming. The space Comfortable studio located in central London, SW1, close to all London attractions. Pimlico, Westminster, St James Park and Victoria stations only minutes away. This spacious room comprises a small double bed, seating sofa for 2, big screen tv with Netflix, desk for your laptop and dining table. Windows overlooking to the terrace with plants and a green street. This is a listed Grade 2 Victorian block of flats, with no lift. The flat is on the 3rd floor. The area is very safe. Studio included a small kitchen with all facilities and a small fridge for your use on the counter. There is a filter kettle so you don't need to buy drinking water. I use oven instead of microwave. Located by the river Thames, 1 min from the Tate Britain, the first Tate in England. There is a boat station CLIPPERS, (3 minutes walk) offers a comfortable alternative to a traditional transport. This is another way to observe London from the Thames! Whether you’re heading to a particular spot or just coming along for a ride, you’ll always get the best view of London’s most popular landmarks from the river. Big Ben, the London Eye, the Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral and The O2 are just some of the many attractions overlooking the banks of the Thames.
