LE LYNX air-conditioned house

In Doucier, next to Lake Chalain, 300 meters walk from the village center, comfortable house for 4 people, view of wooded and grassy land of about 1000 m2, cliffs on the back of the house, covered terrace of 35 m2 directly overlooking a large bay window of the living room, very well equipped kitchen, central island, air conditioning, very quiet, all shops nearby (250 meters walk) restaurant, butcher, pharmacy, bakery.... The space SOME conditions for PEACEFUL RENTAL: Optional linen rental, €15 for a single bed and €30 for a double bed. For pets, one pet is allowed upon prior request, no more than 10 kg. As far as cleaning is concerned, the accommodation is delivered in a perfect state of cleanliness and must be returned in the same condition. A cleaning fee of €95 can be chosen as an option when applying for the rental, not including the cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen. In case of non-compliance with the cleanliness rules, a fee of €195 will be applied. Regarding pets, our friends cannot sleep in the bedrooms or on the sofas, the living room carpet must be removed. Hair must be vacuumed.
