The sweety house of St Peray

Welcome! 👋 🌸 Sweety stone house on 2 levels; with 1 garden and 2 sunny and equipped terraces. The house is located in the countryside, at the foot of the protected Crussol massif. You will undoubtedly appreciate the hiking/mountain biking trails, climbing site, guided walks departing from the castle... all within walking distance. The house also proves to be a good base for discovering our vineyards (3 AOC St Peray, Cornas, St Joseph) and our culinary specialties! The space The house has 2 bedrooms: one with 1 parental bed, the other with a reading corner and a single fireside chair that can be converted into a bed. (Note that the 2 bedrooms are adjoining. You must go through the bedroom with a single bed to access the bedroom with a double bed.) The living room also has a good 2-seater sofa bed. Bed and bath linen provided. The house can also be equipped for your baby. (travel cot, changing table, high chair, outdoor games, etc.) on request. 🌹 In the print & summer, you will undoubtedly appreciate the south-facing terrace, sheltered from the winds, not overlooked, equipped to relax. 🌞 We also provide you with garden furniture, parasol, tavern and charcoal barbecue to enjoy your meals outside. It is also possible to provide some outdoor games for little ones on request. Guest access The house is located at the south of St Peray, direction Toulaud. at the intersection between Chemin des Champs and Route de Toulaud. Entrance is through the white gate on the left. Parking in front and behind the house is prohibited. We have a small free parking lot a few meters away. Possibility of putting your bikes inside the enclosed garden. Bus stop 50 m from the house (line 8...). Cycle path connecting St Peray center, Guilherand Granges, Valence... via rhona in front of the house. Other things to note On request, and depending on the length of your stay (stay > 5 days), we can provide you with a washing machine. 🏋🏻‍♂️ We remain at your disposal if you wish to benefit from access to a nearby gym during your stay (Cross fit and/or fitness). 🚲 Possibility of renting electric bikes nearby (MTB/VTC/cargo/gravel) from 1/2 day - preferential rate. You will also find in the house books and leaflets on outdoor activities to discover nearby.
