The small Shuur with WiFi, A/C, swimming pool, garden

The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living area and a sofa bed that opens into a queen size double bed, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, freezer, a 4-burner gas stove and oven, a microwave oven and a dining area, and a mezzanine with a sleeping area and bathroom. The very small bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Outside terrace of about 30 square meters equipped with a beach umbrella, sun loungers, a dining table and chairs. Private terrace . The space The BARN is accessed from its private terrace furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday even outdoors (dining table for four, chairs, deck chairs, umbrella and barbecue). Once you cross the threshold you enter the 17 square meter living room divided into a relaxation area (the sofa can be transformed into a Queen size bed 160x200cm), dining room with table for four and kitchenette with oven and four-burner stove, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, blender, kettle. There is also a washing machine. From the living room, the stairs go up to the mezzanine also of 17 square meters where there is the bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink "en suite" with the bedroom (queen size bed 160x200cm), table, desk and large wardrobes. From the bedroom you can also access the garden behind the house. Guest access After leaving the motorway, head towards CAMAIORE and then towards METATO. At the Romanesque church of LA BADIA, first take Via Badia and then Via Misciano. Follow Via Misciano for about a kilometre and a half until you reach the entrance gate of the property. IL FIENILE is part of the complex of 6 houses of La Polletta which was once a farm. The property is partly fenced and is accessed through a gate. When you arrive, you will find the button to open the gate on your left. Once you enter the property, go straight ahead and arrive at the shaded parking lot. You will be welcomed by Mrs. Vittoria who, after receiving the Tourist Tax and a copy of your documents, will show you the house and give you the keys and the remote control to open the entrance gate. Once your holiday is over, don't forget to return the keys and the remote control. The exit gate opens by pressing the button on your left on the post about ten metres before reaching it. Other things to note The road that leads to the house is uphill and in the intermediate stretch, about 200 meters long, it is narrow, winding between houses and walls and narrows to 4 meters in width. The road is entirely asphalted and in good condition except for the last 50 meters which still needs to be maintained by the municipality. The swimming pool is shared. IMPORTANT: Since the Municipality of Camaiore strictly prohibits the use of any type of garbage bag other than those provided by it, under penalty of non-collection, the garbage bag will not be collected. These are: TRANSPARENT YELLOW plastic bag for plastic, cans, and tins; TRANSPARENT plastic bag for anything that is NOT compostable; PAPER bag for clean, recyclable paper and Tetrapacks; LIGHT GREEN BIODEGRADABLE bags for compostable items; GREEN bin for glass waste WITHOUT LIDS; you will find a supply of each of these at home. Should you need more, please do not hesitate to ask us. TOURIST TAX of €1.50 per person must be paid in cash upon arrival. All guests over the age of 14 at the time of arrival are required to pay this tax. The tax is in effect from June 1st to September 30th for a maximum of 7 nights.
