Villa immersed in the quiet of the Salento countryside but only 1.5 km from the beaches of the Maldives of Salento. It consists of a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5) and a bathroom, and a living area with a dining room, living room and kitchen. Detached from the villa, there is an annex with 3 beds (double with single pouf bed) and bathroom. Accommodates up to 8 people. Equipped with mosquito nets, outdoor shower, barbecue, dishwasher, air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, TV and hairdryer. Other things to note Linen is not included in the price, it can be provided for an additional fee and upon request. A security deposit of 300 euros is to be paid upon arrival, together with the payment of the accommodation tax (€1.35 per person, for the first 7 days, for adults). Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
