Villa immersed in the quiet of the Salento countryside but just 1.5 km from the beaches of the Maldives of Salento. It consists of a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (5 beds) and bathroom, and living area with kitchenette, living room and kitchen. Detached from the villa, there is a depandance with 3 beds (double with single pouf bed) and bathroom. Sleeps up to 8 people. Equipped with mosquito nets, outdoor shower, barbecue, dishwasher, air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, TV and hairdryer. Other things to note Linens are not included in the price, can be provided with a surcharge and upon request. There is a security deposit of €300 to be paid upon arrival, along with the payment of the accommodation tax (€1.35 per person, for the first 7 days, for adults). Pets are allowed for a fee.
