The kitchen has a gas cooktop and electric oven, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is split system heating and cooling in the open plan kitchen dining area. With a second split system and a wood heater in the main lounge room with its comfortable sofas Smart Tv, DvD and stereo cd player your year-round comfort is guaranteed. The house is set in a lovely established garden with a huge outdoor entertaining deck, covered and sheltered, perfect for alfresco dining. The deck is accessed directly from the kitchen dining area. There are 3 bedrooms in this property with the main bedroom having an ensuite. The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower. This property sleeps a total of 7 people. There is an extra trundle that may be used in the lounge. A double lock up garage in accessible for guests use. This property provides free Wifi! *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date.
