Close to freeways to easily get to Brisbane City or the Gold Coast, a great shopping centre nearby. A short walk to public transport, both lounges have Smart TV's. The space More than happy for pets to visit so long as any mess is cleaned up after. A pet cleaning fee will apply Other things to note Please leave the property in the condition you found it. Cleaning equipment is provided. This is a quiet family area so no parties or guests allowed. Only the approved guests. If staying longer the a 2 week period an interim clean is required to maintain the bathroom, floors etc...the cost is $330.00inc GST and will be invoiced to you via the booking platform. You will be asked for details about your group, the purpose of your trip. Booking may be cancelled if the above info is not provided /deemed suitable Confirmed guests only.
