The path to the villa’s main entrance is playfully scattered with patches of lavender and palm trees, will usher you to this peaceful, private residence, completely safe from prying eyes. With 200 m2 spread over 3 storeys, Villa des Lavandes offers a large living room fitted with comfortable leather sofas and a fireplace, followed by an open kitchen and dining room which give directly onto he east and south gardens through large floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The kitchen has a island with a breakfast bar, as well as an extra dining table which sits up to 8 guests. Going a few steps up from the entrance level, a corridor that leads to the master bedroom with a private terrace and an en-suite shower room and dressing room. Another three bedrooms (one of which has a double bed, one has a single bed and one has a high sleeper bed) share a family bathroom. A few steps down from the entry level, you will find another double bedroom with a separate shower room, as well as an office area with a desk and sofa. Private parking for one car is available on the property, with street parking available beyond. Public transport is easily accessible, bus and tram stops are close by. Everything one could need is within short walking distance: a bakery, butchers, greengrocers, a cheesemonger and wine merchant, and the village’s famous outdoor market weekly on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
