Your holiday home 50 M FROM the sea. Quiet in a lovely Zen garden, this contemporary and bright 110 m2 house has all the comforts for a relaxing stay with family or friends. It is a great place to do everything on foot. Numerous sandy beaches nearby. The city center is 2 minutes away as well as restaurants and the casino overlooking the sea. Beautiful walks in perspective with the island of Groix in front of us for a beautiful change of scenery. The space The house has a beautiful living space on the garden level to enjoy every moment of the day. The large bays open to this small haven of peace sheltered from the wind. Guest access The whole house will be offered to you except my work desk. You can also have a small reading area bedroom in addition to the other 3 bedrooms to install a baby, which will allow you to be as close as possible and we have an umbrella bed available. Other things to note This house is very easy to live in
