You will be staying in the BASEMENT unit (separate and private from upper) level of home. Unit has 3 beautiful bedrooms, full kitchen, family rooms, large smart TV and a wood burning stove is located 25 mi. -SLC airport, close to Lagoon, Cherry Hills, Snow Basin, Powder Mtn. Park City ski resorts, Weber St. University, Hill AFB and shopping malls/restaurants. Enjoy the panoramic views of N Salt Lake, Wasatch Mnts., the golf course, Antelope Island, Farmington Bay- all to make memories!!! The space This BASEMENT unit walkout, has three bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, two family rooms, full laundry room. Bedroom #1 (Safari): King bed, closet, dresser and armoire, TV, workspace area. Bedroom #2 (Beach): Queen bed and closet. Bedroom #3 (Paris): queen bed, TV, walk-in closet. You will have shared access to yard and large hot tub. Backyard has hammock, swinging bench, BBQ. Guest access Please park on street. Follow the path to the back of the home and enter through the walk-out entrance. You will have the privacy of the entire lower level unit of home. We will contact you, prior to your arrival, to provide the acces code to the lockbox. Other things to note Bring your golf clubs, as we are right next to a golf course, and make sure you bring your skis for winter time. There are 8 amazing ski resorts between 20 min- 2 hours a way. We are 15 minutes to Antelope Island. 30 minutes from SLC Zoo and downtown SLC. Located near great the great Weber river for fishing and floating.There are great hiking and biking trails within 5 minutes. For thrill seekers, Lagoon Amusement park is about 10 minutes away. If you love Aircraft, they fly daily, we are 2mi. From Hill Air Force Base. Please note, there is a possibility of tenants occupying the UPPER unit of home. The ONLY shared spaces will be the yard and hot tub. Please provide as much space and privacy to the upper tentants (if applicable).
