This property is in Santa Rosa Cove with the beautiful La Quinta Resort in walking distance. Dunes and Mountain Golf courses are right across the street. Old Town La Quinta, which has many cozy restaurants as well as fine dining, coffee shops and shopping is about a 3 minute drive or an easy bike ride away. The property has it's own private patio with a gas barbecue, heater and seating for six people. The back has a lovely seating area with a glass fire pit and a lovely view of the mountains. 10% city taxes is listed as a management fee and required by the City of La Quinta My co-host or myself will be available during your stay. The city of La Quinta caters to pedestrians and bike riders safety... And the views are beautiful.
