Sleeps 6, 2 Queen size beds in loft and a sleeper sofa on the main floor. Second floor deck with seating .Wake up in the morning and walk directly outside to enjoy coffee and breakfast while enjoying the loons. Linens, towels, pillows and blankets are supplied, groceries, laundry, restaurants nearby. There is a spiral staircase to access the loft No need to bring wood for camp fire plenty on site no charge There is a lot to do in the area the coast is close by and Mount Desert Island makes a great day trip just over a hour and a half away Cable and WIFI are included ,Kayaks and Life jackets are provided. There is your own dock included with the property to tie your boat to or fish from (the fishing is great from the dock)but we do not provide bumpers for your boat so you will want to bring some There is enough parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot and a couple along side the driveway There is a LP gas grill available for use and a extra tank of LP in the basement, if you empty a tank please let me know so I can replace it and after use please clean the grill for the next person to use. I live on the property and will be there to help if needed or answer any questions that might come up I am very easy to get ahold of if any issues arise or if you have questions, you can call, text or email, I may stop by during your stay just to say hi and introduce myself to you so we all can put a face to the name and to chk to see all is going well but I will not be hanging around because that time is for you and your family.
