(Wildlife Access Area) This High Rock Lake home is centrally located to Greensboro (45mi), Winston-Salem (33mi), High Point (30mi) and Charlotte (60mi), making it easy to both escape to the lake and visit each city's attractions! Be sure to make the most of your stay in the 'barbecue capital of the world and dine at one of - or all of - the 15 Lexington-style barbecue restaurants! The town is also home to the Bob Timberlake Art Gallery & Museum, and numerous antique shops. For a change of pace, make the 30-mile trip to UwharrieNational Forest for hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking and ATV trails! Several area berry farms offer pick-your-own operations so be sure to stop by for some fresh fruits. The area also features Childress Vineyards, Weathervane Winery, Native Vines Winery and the Junius Lindsay Vineyard, so stop by to a tasting and to bring home a few souvenir bottles. If wine isn't for you, Bull City Ciderworks makes a great place to kick back! Driveway parking with carport, shopping within 15 min drive. Convenience stores and Fuel within 5 minutes drive. - There are security cameras located on the exterior of the house pointed towards entrances, driveway and the dock. These cameras are actively recording at all times. - Maximum occupancy is 7 guests total. If the guest count provided is inaccurate, the host reserves the right to charge an additional $250 per person per day. - The property is strictly NO EVENTS unless explicitly given permission before your stay. Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties. - Pets and service animals are not permitted on the property due to an allergy within our family. - Guests are not allowed to download paid videos/movies/sporting events, etc. through the SmartTVs. If a guest downloads something during the date/time they are at the home, the owner will send an invoice through the resolution center that will be required to be paid by the guest. Comes with a pier fishing license for guest to use during their stay. Boat ramp measures 8' 6". So if your trailer measures more than that wheel to wheel you will need to launch boat at nearby boat launch.
