Beach Retreat

Beach Retreat Mudeford, Christchurch Beach Retreat is a lovely modern bungalow, providing accommodation located over one floor, just around the corner from Avon beach, Mudeford Quay and Christchurch harbour (all 5 minutes level walk away). Please note that the upper floor of this chalet bungalow is the owners private area, however they will not be living there during the rental period. Come and explore our Happy Place! The space Offering a calm, quiet retreat after a busy day by the sea or harbour, its kitchen, dining and soft seating area overlooks a secluded, fully enclosed, sunny garden with sun loungers and plenty of space for al fresco dining. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, double oven, fridge-freezer and Induction hob. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble drier. We even have a highchair for little ones. In the separate, cosy lounge you will find a TV (with BT TV box), DVD player and CD player together with a selection of DVDs, CDs and board games. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with 3ft wide twin single beds. Both rooms have plenty of wardrobe space, with a hairdryer in each. The family bathroom includes a bath and separate shower, please note there is a step up to the shower and toilet. There is plenty of off road parking. Beach and crab fishing essentials are also provided! We are family friendly and also welcome well-behaved dogs. Local beaches have year round dog friendly sections and there is a small woodland walk about 200 metres away. We like to encourage wildlife and have made a small home for nature in part of our garden. You may spot a variety of birds visiting the feeders and the pond.
