This fully furnished and equipped studio in the center of Chelsea is just down the street from the Highline Park and Hudson River parks, a short walk to numerous other attractions including the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Chelsea Market. Explore and enjoy New York from the comfort of this fantastic and fully outfitted apartment. The space An arrival time (between 2-5pm) must be established between us and the guest so that we may provide a key. Our building does not have a doorman and access is only possible with a set of keys for the entrance to the building and your unit. We will directly hand you the keys and show you into your unit upon your arrival. This is a walkup building with no elevator. The arrival time for your reservation is between 2-5pm by appointment only at least 1 week in advance of your arrival date. We can arrange for a late arrival from 5-7pm with the payment of a late arrival fee of $75 but only if you make advance arrangements to arrive between 5-7pm on your reservation arrival date and make payment through the airbnb platform at least 24 hours in advance before your arrival date. We have no arrivals after 7pm at any time. We cannot provide for late departure after 10am as we are usually preparing for our next guest. This is a walk up building with no doorman or elevator.
