In the lovingly furnished semi-detached house, you will find enough space for your vacation on over 100 m² spread over 3 floors. Among other things, you have the living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Wi-Fi (without guarantee) is available throughout the house free of charge. On the ground floor of the cottage is the spacious living room with separate workspace for your holiday post as well as a pull-out corner leather couch (90 x 200 cm), which offers another sleeping accommodation. The dining group ensures a cozy gathering in the large living room. For entertainment, you will have a flat-screen TV, a blue ray player and a DVD player with some DVDs at your disposal. You will also find a bathroom with floor-level shower and the entrance area here. Access to the 20 m² terrace with south orientation is directly from the living room. Enjoy the sun on the furnished terrace, where there is also an infrared ball grill. In the living-dining area you will find a large LED TV, a blue ray player and a radio/CD player for entertainment. In the very well-equipped, modern kitchenette, in addition to a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, citrus press and egg cooker, you will find an oven, a ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. Upstairs are two bedrooms. In one bedroom you have a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and in the 2nd bedroom a double bed (180 x 200 cm). In both bedrooms you will find large wardrobes for your laundry and one LED TV each. The opposite bathroom contains a bathtub. A separate utility room with washing machine and dryer is also available upstairs. There is also a children's travel cot and a high chair. In the pointed floor you will find the third bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a sleeping alcove for 1 child (70 x 180 cm). The living room and bathrooms are tiled. The bedrooms upstairs and attic are designed with laminate and therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that it is unfortunately not possible to smoke in the premises. Two trekking bikes (21-speed) and a women's bike (6-speed), a child seat and Wi-Fi are available without guarantee. Of course, you can also bring your own bikes and safely park them in the shed. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in this vacation home. The holiday resort on the Mariannenweg is located in a traffic-calmed location in the second row. To the beach it is only about 400 m. Directly at the entrance of the resort is the parking lot. This vacation home has 1 car parking space. More cars you can park in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. Access to the resort is ensured by a barrier system. Only the vacationers of the holiday resort of Mariannenweg have access.
