The Villa in Paradise

The house is located a few minutes from the heavenly coast of Porto Pino, in the south-west of Sardinia, an enchanting place with many naturalistic treasures. Terraced house on two levels equipped with every comfort, finely furnished with two double bedrooms and one single with a single sofa bed, Each room has a private bathroom for a total of 3 bathrooms. Ideal for 5 people. Kitchen with living room equipped with all comforts and a large veranda with barbecue to enjoy lunches or dinners. Small garden also on the opposite side and hot outdoor shower for returning from the sea. Located in a quiet residential area in the center of the village. Two parking spaces are available. The minimum overnight stay in the high season is one week. The price includes linen for 4 people (towels and sheets). Final cleaning is mandatory and performed by a trusted person once a week. For payment 50% is requested at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is payable in cash on arrival.
